Let me give you a brief insight of who I am and what I do.

My life hasn't always been a picture of health, ever since being around eighteen I have struggled with my weight. Trying everything from the Rosemary Connelly diet, Juice Plus, Cardio Classes, not eating, ETC, the list is endless. I knew I needed to make some changes, but I also knew I needed the help and guidance to ensure this time I accomplished my goals. I the found an online personal trainer who helped and supported me to become a healthier version of myself. I lost fat whilst gaining muscle. I became more confident, enjoyed a new way of exercising and loved learning and understanding about nutrition. 


Since then I have become a qualified Personal Trainer based in Blackpool. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for four years working within a gym setting, in the local community and as an online Coach. Over this time have gained the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get clients the results they want.


As a busy working Mum of two young children, I have a great understanding of how difficult it can be making exercise a priority in your life. 

This is why I have also created training plans which can be carried out at home, meaning no childcare is necessary. Likewise if you need a bit of time to yourself, I'll write a programme bespoke for you focused around your goals that you can complete in the gym. 


I have a passion for fitness and nutrition. I want to empower you to have a better understanding of nutrition and get the you the results you've always dreamed of. Whilst also providing you with all the tips, tricks and secrets I've learnt from my own journey.

Think of me as your coach, mentor, biggest fan and friend. 

The experience I carry provides bespoke training plans along with tailored nutritional plans to suit your goal. 


In order to get success with your plan, you need some level of motivation and self discipline. I can provide you with the tools, support, direction and accountability. 


I am completely dedicated to all my clients and get a real sense of self-pride and reward from helping others achieve their goals.

I will endeavour to educate you to enable you to take ownership of your journey, whilst getting fit and enjoying the process.

All training plans are tailored based on where you plan on training, eg home or gym setting, what equipment you have available and what your desired goal is.  Your plan will be created to match your physical and technical abilities following completion of an initial consultation form.

 Qualified Mindset Coach

Mindset can play a huge part in how you progress with your journey and how successful you are based on your readiness to change. Mindset strategies are tailored to you throughout your fitness journey. Along with my degree in Psychology, NLP and Life Coaching experience, I will endeavour to support and guide you every step of the way. 

Qualified Personal Trainer

Qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer. Experienced in training men and women of all different abilities and goals ranging from pregnancy, injuries, hypertrophy, weight gain and fat loss. I have worked within a gym setting regularly training up to 32 people per day both as 1:1 clients and in a group training setting. 

  Tailored Nutrition Plans

Dependent on what your goal is, your nutrition plan will be customised around this. Recipe ideas, diet plan examples and full nutritional guidelines available. This will include a breakdown of how much protein, fat & carbohydrate you should be consuming on a daily basis & how you can tack this. 

Why Online Training?


There are many benefits to having an online trainer and nutrition coach. Firstly, you

will be provided

with all the services a face to face personal trainer would. However, the costs online are significantly lower than those face to face services and you have the convenience of completing the process from anywhere you want, at the gym, at home, at the office or on the road.


FAQ's

Who are your clients?

My clientele varies from stay at home Mum's to regular gym attendees. They are male and female, although my client base mostly consists of women aged between 20 - 50 yrs who want to either gain weight or lose fat, get stronger and become overall, more healthy.


How quickly Can I expect Results?

It is all dependent on you as an individual. I have some clients whose changes in the first 8 weeks, who ensure they are committed to making the alterations in terms of their mindset, nutrition and or training. I also have clients who have taken a little longer to see changes, this is common for an individual who has to re-educate themselves in terms of what knowledge they already have about fitness and nutrition. 


Is it going to be really hard?

You will progress at your own pace and abilities. Although this is online training, remember each training programme or nutrition plan is individual. Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable. I would never provide you with a programme or plan I didn't think you were able to achieve. 


Ok, I know which package I want, how do we get started?

All payments must be completed prior to your consultation. Payment occurs on a monthly basis. 

There is no minimum commitment.
